This is one of the quite scarce and popular tickets from the WCE.

Some collectors call this a rare ticket; I only label it as SCARCE and pretty tough to find. One thing that has always bothered me is the line at the top: Second Series. I have never seen any first series.

I have seen this ticket typically selling for $300 and in multiple auctions over the years and actually approaching the $500 mark on more than one occasion. As always, it just depends on who happens to be participating and how badly someone--or two people--wants it.
