THIS IS A PLAIN BUT VERY RARE CARD NECESSARY FOR ENTRANCE TO THE BLDG

This special reception was for the upper echelon of folks at the fair. It was in honor of several people who alone would make a large crowd in the building Included were all commissioners from the U.S. and foreign countries, members of the Board of Lady Managers, State executive commissioner and the Directors and officers of the WCE. This might mean the total honorees could number a couple hundred.

And hosted by the Department Chiefs of the Expo, it was likely one of the largest private events at the fair. And there were a lot of private events and many times more public ones. The most important people of the fair and at the fair as well as everty employee of the WCE and of the concessionnaires. From the Dedication events to the various closing ceremonies and functions, just about every fairgoer would have the opportunity to enjoy a gala event.

Managing the fair was an enormous task and it went incredibly well, for all managers and staffs of the WCE, of the states and foreign commissioners and more!

This is, as noted above, a plain ticket required for the reception--but a very rare one that I suspects may not be in anymore than 1 or 2 collections....and quite possibly in NONE!
