3 DEMOCRATIC/REPUBLICAN CONVENTIONS FROM 1952, 1956 & 1968
These very scarce tickets allowed the ticket holder access to the visitors' section of the national conventions to nominate candidates for the presidency. There is one each Democratic and Republican conventions from the 1950s and then 1968 republican convention in Miami; the other '68 convention, the Democrats in Chicago is famous not for nominating someone but for the protests that took place. If you don't know the store of the '68 convention, Google it--and you must be young--at least compared to those of us who watched it all on TV (I was about to be a high school senior--so I was part of THAT generation!).
The tickets are seriously collectible--and two are even too old for me to be aware.
I was a year old for the 1952 Chicago Republican convention and all of five for the Democrats in Chicago.
This one low price is for all three tickets.
