World's Columbian Aluminum Rare Storecard Similarly Designed to the Morgan Dollar
A fairly routine albeit not too common reverse with five Columbian Expo buildings in a pattern of circles, but a more unusual obverse for the Denecke & Yetters Company. The people receiving this complimentary token/medal no doubt knew what Denecke & Yetters sold, but it doesn't say on the token! With pockets, purses and bags full of advertising for the fairgoer, odds are he or she probably won't remember who the heck either Denecky or Yetters were. A bit of wear on the eagle and it's more a weak strike than wear on the buildings encircled on the reverse. Still a very desirable piece and it's priced quite low despite its rarity.
