Gem BU Prooflike Medal, Strong Strike Columbian Expo NY Celebration

A very popular quarter0sized medal from the World's Columbian Expo and noted as such, but from the New York Celebration of the WCE which took place immediately before the opening of the WCE. the week-long celebration and naval review was done in part to involve the largest city in the U.S. and also as perhaps as an appeasement to the Big Apple when it was in disbelief that Congress selected Chicago to host the expo instead of New York.
