EXTREMELY RARE CONFEDERATE STAMPS STRIP OF 20 UNUSED!

This is a pretty amazing two vertical rows of 20 unused Confederate 10-cent stamps. Obviously, as the number of unused stamps in the block increases so does the value. I have a block of 4 and 8 in this sale as well.

I am not a stamp expert by any means but consider stamps a nice adjunct to collections in which I do specialize, such as the Civil War and the World's Columbian Exposition, for example.

This strip is in outstanding condition and if you see what looks like a file or a little "smile" four pairs from the bottom it is a crack in the plastic sleeve in which I have them. I felt they would photograph well enough and wanted to keep them as safe as possible. They don't seem unusually brittle (as so often happens with Columbian tickets, for example) but still, the less handling the better.

I do not know how to ascertain the grade or amount of original gum on the back but it looks to me as it has quite a bit of original gum. Please judge for yourself by looking at the second photo which shows the complete reverse.
