#164-CIVIL WAR SALE: BEAUTIFUL LIGHTLY TONE ARMY & NAVY TOKEN

As we have noted, one goal of mine is to seek out only high grade Civil War tokens; most in this sale are from AU to gem BU. This is a BU token with light blue toning over the brown surfaces. Also, it can also be frustrating when the obverse and reverse are NOT the same color, tone or even strike. This is an example of a superbly matched obverse and reverse, both with similar color and just a bit more blue on the obverse.
