K1421B Brochure from the Duluth Imperial Mill Company

One of hundreds--probably thousands--of company brochures distributed at the Columbian Exposition. The number and quality of giveaways would make one consider that they came from an event in the 21st century. Shown is the original mill that dated to 1740. Still operated by the family that started the original mill. In 1893 their facility was capable of producing 6,000 barrels of flour and 160 tons of feed each day. The brochure is four pages and features an image of the present-day (1893) industrial facility.
